Addendum #1 pertaining to the School & Office Supplies RFP dated 3-19-20

With the accelerating spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Manchester School District has made the decision to close our administration office starting Monday, March 23rd, 2020 through Friday, April 3rd, 2020.  We will re-evaluate prior to Friday, April 3rd, 2020 whether a longer closure is necessary.

As a result of this difficult decision we have changed several conditions of the previously posted RFP. 

Please make note of the following important changes:

1.  No in person deliveries will be accepted for this RFP.  The methods of acceptable delivery of all RFPs for this project will be by postal mail (USPS), UPS or Fedex delivery only.  You should plan accordingly so your submission is received no later than Friday, April 3rd, 2020 at 10:00 AM EST.

2.  The original RFP stated in Section II.  INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS item D

A public opening of the RFPs received for School & Office Supplies will be held at:  20 Hecker Street, Manchester, NH on Friday, April 3rd, 2020 at 10:00 AM EST. 

This will no longer be an option due to the closing of our office.  Therefore, the previously published public opening has been cancelled.
