Q.) Could you please provide last year’s bid award tabulations?

A.) Several items were not awarded as indicated, eliminated, or vendor was changed throughout the course of school year. Bid results can be viewed by following this link:

Q.) How many delivery locations are there for trash liners and gloves?

A.) Orders are delivered to the commissary, 4 high schools, and 4 middle schools.

Q.) Based on last year’s ordering history, how often are trash liners ordered and what is the order quantity?

A.) The commissary orders weekly. The Middle and High Schools typically order monthly.

Q.) Based on last year’s ordering history, how often are gloves ordered and what is the order quantity?

A.) The commissary orders weekly. The Middle and High Schools typically order monthly. 

Q.) Can vendors receive via FedEx at their own expense a sample of currently used trash liner?

A.) We can arrange to make available a sample for pick up at our Admin office, Mon. Fri. 8AM-3PM.

Q.) Would it be possible to get the paper bid in an excel format?

A.) We don’t provide excel worksheets for our bid documents. The paper bid will be reposted in landscape multi page format to facilitate processing.

Q.) Rather than dropping off samples would you be interested in a cutting or open house?

A.) We have not done this in the past but we would not rule this process out if we had questions on a large number of products.
