1.  Question:   Are the results available from last year’s RFP?

 

     Answer:  Yes, results will be furnished upon request.  Please contact Tammy Hanna at thanna@mansd.org if you wish to receive a copy of last year’s RFP results.

 

2.  Question:   Looks like you are purchasing 4,200 cases of paper which comes out to exactly 5 truckloads.  Will you be receiving paper by the truckload or smaller quantities?  If so, are there any delivery requirements?  Is driver assistant required?

 

     Answer:  The quantity of 4,200 estimated cases is what we normally order for the entire district among all 24 school locations for the entire school year.  Each school orders their own quantity of paper as needed over the course of the school year.  This could be weekly, monthly or quarterly orders depending on the school.  Please refer to details within the “Proposal Form” for delivery requirements.  We do require inside delivery.
