Questions & Answers pertaining to the School & Office Supplies RFP dated 3-27-19

Question 1:  When we submit our bid do we need to provide a printed catalog or is access to the online catalog and items bid on enough?

Answer: Pleaser refer to Section IV “Requirements of Vendor” item A for the criteria to meet this requirement.  The district needs to be able to validate your bid pricing either in your printed published catalog or on your online catalog. 


Question 2:  Are the bids going to be awarded total or line by line?

Answer:  The district reserves the right to awarded the bid as a total. Often though we split the award between vendors based on the pricing received and what was in the best interest of the district.
