Questions and Answers pertaining to the Music Supplies RFP dated 3-25-20

Question 1:  We have read the proposal but are unclear whether the bid will be awarded to one vendor only, or if it will be determined line-by-line and by catalog discount.  Can you clarify?

Answer: The answer to this is addressed in the “VI. Selection” item F section of the RFP posted.

            Question 2:  Will someone be in the Business Administrator’s office to accept a bid being delivered by UPS?                                  Answer:  Due to the unfortunate circumstances with COVID-19 the Manchester School District has had to make some                    changes to the conditions of our recently posted RFP for this project.  

All vendors are encouraged to go to the bid page of our website to ensure you have the most up to date information with regard to your submission. Currently, there is an Addendum posted for this RFP on the bid page of our website.
