Questions and Answers pertaining to the School & Office Supplies RFP dated 3-25-20

Question 1:  Would you by chance have the bid pricing sheets available in Excel format?

Answer:  Unfortunately, we do not have the bid pricing sheets in an Excel format that can be shared with potential vendors.

Question 2:  We are checking to see if you are still receiving bids for the two bids due April 3rd (School & Office Supplies and Art Supplies), or if the due date has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic effecting the nation.

Answer:  Due to the unfortunate circumstances with COVID-19 the Manchester School District has had to make some changes to the conditions of our recently posted RFP for this project.  

All vendors are encouraged to go to the bid page of our website to ensure you have the most up to date information with regard to your submission. Currently, there is an Addendum posted for this RFP on the bid page of our website.

Please do not rely on regular emails for potential future changes.  

As outlined in the original RFP: "It is the proposer's responsibility to check the website prior to the submittal deadline to ensure they have the most up to date information pertaining to the RFP."

Question 3:  We are interested in submitting this bid.  The bid states to mail the proposal to the Manchester School District.  Because of the COVID-19 situation I just want to make sure you are receiving deliveries.  I will be mailing this UPS 2nd day air this week if delivery is being accepted.  Please advise.
